We’re growing and looking for a Digital Strategist who has proven experience creating winning inbound and/or demand generation marketing campaigns for companies.

Denamico strategists love solving business problems, and digital marketing technology is their tool of choice.  They consult with our clients, enjoy learning about various industries and business models, and nerd out on new tech. Strategists use their expertise and experience, as well as that of the wider Denamico team,  to help our clients solve challenges and achieve their business goals.

Strategists will often have an area of specialty (i.e. website design, search engine optimization/marketing, content strategy, inbound marketing, HubSpot Implementations), and solid analytical skills. That being said, a Digital Strategist needs to be adept at leveraging strategies across digital channels and our services to fit the needs of our clients and drive results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver custom, goal-oriented marketing strategies that achieve results
  • Lead Client Onboarding, Annual Workshops, and Trainings
  • Develop goals in collaboration with clients (quarterly basis)
  • Drive strategic initiatives for clients to reach goals
  • Prepare Quarterly Reports & Scorecards
  • Recommend additional services to provide value
  • Drive strategic innovation
  • Spearhead deep dives into KPIs for clients
  • Manage quarterly data hygiene audits
  • Final review on client deliverables and scheduled communications (weekly recaps and monthly reports)
  • Provide operational recommendations to increase internal efficiencies, quality of work, and results for clients
  • Work with outside contractors to facilitate work for clients when necessary
  • Provide 5* worthy service to our clients to build our client testimonials and reviews
  • Contribute blog/vlog posts and other content for Denamico’s website which reinforces our thought leadership and ability to be a valuable resource to clients and prospects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-confidence and strong leadership skills to provide clarity to situations, conversations, and problems where others do not have clarity
  • Experience having a high level of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management processes
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Experience with sales and marketing technologies: web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), marketing automation (HubSpot), media (Google Adwords, etc.), CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), CMS (Wordpress/HubSpot), data dashboards, email marketing, project management tools 
  • Strong time management skills — must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills, verbal and non-verbal communications; and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
