Due to growth and expanding services, Denamico is adding a new Functional Implementation Lead role to our team. This is a highly creative and powerful role designed to deliver outstanding value to our clients. 

The Functional Implementation Lead is responsible for business process consulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and implementing a solution that provides successful outcomes for the client. This position is client-facing, and also acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure our solutions meet the client’s business needs and is completed to Denamico’s highest standards.

We use technology, processes, and data to help our clients solve problems, streamline their operations, and grow profitably. Our technology solutions incorporate the HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and/or Service Hubs, and often other integrations as well.



  • Participate in team collaboration to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive business use cases
  • Develop proposed solutions for clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
  • Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing a high-quality solution and service, and creating a mutually beneficial outcome
  • Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics
  • Professional Services consulting with emphasis on business processes, organizational change management, training and user adoption
  • Communicate any updates of project status and elevate project concerns to the Account Manager
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
  • Provide future-looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming HubSpot functionality
  • Identify internal and project process improvement opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate and lead client facing demo(s)
  • Keep current on new technologies as they relate to HubSpot and general CRM and marketing automation functionality
  • Salesforce/ and/or HubSpot configuration experience
  • Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services
  • Participate in project closure and “lessons learned” debrief process
  • Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results, bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
  • Improvement to and maintenance of Business Consulting Services processes and templates
  • Maintain a billable utilization percentage of 90% or above



  • 3+ years consulting/professional services experience
  • 2+ years Salesforce or HubSpot platform experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
  • Ability to lead client facing meetings including working sessions, demos, and requirements gathering
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Possess extensive experience and judgment in planning for and accomplishing goals
  • Experience in collaborating with external resources preferred
  • Mentor other members of the business consulting team
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
  • College degree preferred
