Create & lead an overarching, integrated digital strategy for our clients to achieve their business goals with the HubSpot platform, resulting in 4 client case studies and/or 5-star reviews.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 


Client Strategy
  • Create, lead, and execute HubSpot implementations, optimizations, and consulting with HubSpot customers
  • Consult and support execution of strategic solutions to solve for clients needs

Account Management
  • Management of day-to-day client relationship 
  • Manage account deliverables to ensure accounts are profitable and client needs are met

Resource Management
  • Projects delivered on time, scope, budget

SME
  • Support new business development as a subject matter expert
  • Support building of project scope of work, timelines, and budget

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Client-facing experience required
  • 3+ years of professional account management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working directly in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other comparable CRM platform
  • Experience managing implementation projects, specifically for CRM and/or MarTech software solutions 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and understands the process to develop project plans, estimates, and scopes of work
  • Experience working directly with client development teams
  • Strong web and Mac desktop skills – we work on Macs and use HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, and various web-based tools such as Monday.com and Slack
  • Well-versed in budget and resource management
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills (oral & written)
