Sales and Marketing (RevOps) Intern

Are you passionate about becoming a super user of the HubSpot CRM and learning advanced sales methodologies from experts?

Denamico is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing (RevOps) Intern to administer lead generating activities. 


RevOps Intern


  • Provides marketing support by:
    • Creating and qualifying Ideal Client Prospect (ICP) lists
    • Researching and synthesizing industry content 
    • Completing Talk Tracks
    • Fulfilling a wide array of HubSpot CRM activities to automate tasks, capture and report on insights 
  • Provides sales support by:
    • Once marketing items have been completed, this intern will evolve to Business Development activities 
    • You will play a direct role in selling for specific campaigns 


  • Passionate about sales and/or marketing
  • Proficient in Google Workspace 
  • Successfully participating in or completed sales and marketing curriculum
  • Familiar with CRM


  • Working towards or obtained a Marketing or Sales Degree 
  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
  • Local to Minneapolis or willing to relocate (for full-time employment opportunity)


  • Reports to Director of Business Development 
  • Coaching and Collaboration with President, Chief of Staff, Marketing Leader 


  • Remote is available for the internship
  • Strong preference for Minneapolis, MN location for full-time position


  • 20 hours per week throughout summer of 2024, with potential to continue in fall 2024 on a part time or full time basis 
  • Work hours are flexible, but must be available during defined business hours for assignment collaboration and coaching 

Note that, based on performance, this role can evolve into a full time position.

Minneapolis-St.Paul, MN. Denamico enjoys a hybrid work schedule option between your home and our Minneapolis North Loop office. We’re normally in the office at least Tuesdays and Thursdays.
